Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Just reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. We normally begin processing orders in 1–3 business days, so as long as yours hasn't shipped yet and you're still inside that window, let us know and we'll handle the cancellation for you.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every product comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Anything bought in the last 30 days can be sent back for a full refund, as long as it meets the requirements below:
- Unused and still in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging with every included accessory
- Includes proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Returns are accepted for any of these reasons:
- Code A — You received the wrong item
- Code B — The item showed up damaged or defective
- Code C — The item didn't live up to expected quality
Products harmed by misuse, incorrect installation, or physical impact after they're delivered cannot be returned.
Product Warranty
Once the 30-day return window closes, every product is still covered under our warranty replacement program:
- Screen Protectors — 180-Day Coverage. Tempered glass and soft film protectors are covered starting from the purchase date.
- All Other Products — 365-Day Coverage. Cases, mounts, cables, chargers, cooling fans, car accessories, and everything else.
Should your product stop working during normal use inside the warranty period, we'll set up a free replacement. Coverage doesn't extend to physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Start a Return or Claim
Email our support team to get a return or warranty claim started. Every return needs prior authorization — anything shipped back without approval first won't be accepted. After we approve it, we'll send you a return shipping label along with packing instructions.
Take a moment to check your order as soon as it arrives. If something comes in defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away so we can sort it out as fast as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Opened or used screen protectors — these qualify for warranty replacement instead
- Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
Refund Processing
After your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take another 3–7 days to post the credit to your account.
Return Shipping
- Customer-initiated returns: Return shipping is covered by the customer. Costs depend on the carrier.
- Our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item on arrival): We pay for all return shipping — it costs you nothing.
